Software is based on one screen concept. It means all informative information of patient as Complain, Examination, Permanent history, Diagnosis, Vaccine information, Medicine Prescription, Diagnosis and General advice, Next visit plan is available on one screen. Software requires minimum interface of keyboard. History of patient stored in software is available on click on mouse.

There is provision of defining three time slot for each day. Current/future appointment can be given to registered/non-registered patient. You can also enter patient directly without appointment. Patient can also get appointment from web (optional). Registration of New patient, Generation of patient unique ID/Labels/Barcode. Here patient Images/Video/Documentation can be attached for patient education purpose. Important reminders and Next visit plan can be set easily.
Once after entering all this details it is store permanently in software and can retrieve it when ever it is require as previous history of patient.

We can do easy IPD registration of patient here. IPD registration include information about Admission date, Admission time, Ward name, Bed no, Diagnosis of patient, Transfer to any ward if any, Due charges, Advance and refund information and Discharge related information.

Information about name of vaccine given to patient, Date/Time of given vaccine, and information of next vaccine.

We can take and store weight & height in each visit of patient. According to that data we can generate growth chart.
