Soft-Eye unique windows based practice management software developed for ophthalmologist with the inputs from over 650+ ophthalmologists across India. It is designed to improve quality of care. Software is based on one screen concept. It means all informative information of patient as Complain, Examination, Permanent history, Auto refractor meter and Glass Rx, Diagnosis, Test reports, Medicine Prescription, Diagnosis and General advice, Next visit plan is available on one screen.

Software requires minimum interface of keyboard. History of patient stored in software is available on click on mouse.

There is provision of defining three time slot for each day. Current/future appointment can be given to registered/non-registered patient. You can also enter patient directly without appointment. Patient can also get appointment from web (optional).

Registration of New patient, Generation of patient unique ID/Labels/Barcode.  Here one time registration charges or follow-up charges can also be collected.

There can be one or more assistant doctor within system. Assistant doctor gets list of patient waiting to see.

Entering Present complain, Ophthalmic History, Systematic Examination, Vision Checking, Auto-refractor reading, Glass reading & associated information of patient in systematic format.

Optionally suggest diagnosis, Treatment & Advise to patient, Which can be final or forwarded to main doctor for confirmation.

This is main doctor module.

Here doctor can check number of patient waiting to see and take work action according to waiting list.

Can check/edit information of patient entered by assistant doctor. According to this information--Standardizing diagnosis, Medicine prescription and advice, Making standard Rx, Set particular Rx for patient, Contact/IO lens, Diagnosis and general advice to patient can be done here.

Here patient Images/Video/Documentation can be attached for patient education purpose.

Important reminders and Next visit plan can be set easily.

Once after entering all this details it is store permanently in software and can retrieve it when ever it is require as previous history of patient.

Software supports capture of information like schedule of Operation name, Anesthesia to be used, Operation in which eye, Name of doctor/assistant doctor to be involved.

OPD/IPD billing is possible to do by billing module. In this module Registration charge, Follow up charge, Advance/Refund can be done here. Corporate billing where information about Insurance Company name, Policy no, Policy amount and Expiry date of policy of patient can get here.

Graphical and Numerical presentation of clinical data. Like no of patients of any particle diagnosis, No of any particular medicine prescribed during any time from, operation related report etc.

Reports are helpful in data analysis purpose. One of main reason for computerization is get exact information of activity in clinic. We provide Graphical & Numerical analysis of data.

Data can be analyzed on the basis of primary information of patient like New case, Old case, Area wise, Organization wise, Reference wise etc. Similarly on basis of clinical data like Diagnosis wise, Medicine Prescribed wise, Operation wise, Glass Rx etc.

It is used to fix holidays in calendar. This will help in generating appointment and O.T. scheduling.

Software directly link with chemist shop. Doctor can check stock status of medicine before issuing to patient. Medicine prescribed by doctor is directly flashed at chemist shop. Other necessary information like Purchase, Sales, Stock, Expiry, Payment and accounting related reports.

Information about eye donor and retrieval of corneal tissue during any time period. It is as per government norms.
